This is more of a research paper than a book. With that being said, it definitely touched on some good topics and ideas. I am new to retail and I know we are not taking advantage of the massive of amount of sales and customer data we have. It was great to get some idea of the different technologies and processes that are curgently being used, and how I can apply them to my business. Overal good read, especially for any one not currently using analytics in their business.
