Maheu, PhD, is the executive director of the TeleMental Health Institute, Inc., (TMHI) a telemental health consulting, professional training and staffing firm. If you know anything about TMH there is nothing new in this book. I thought it would have forms for a practitioner to monitor and use TMH. It does not.
